Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–5 working days. During launches or high demand periods this may take a little longer — we'll keep you updated if there's a delay.
UK Shipping
Standard delivery: 3–5 working days after dispatch Tracked delivery: 1–3 working days after dispatch
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination but typically fall within 7–21 working days after dispatch. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes — these are the buyer's responsibility. We have no control over customs delays.
Tracking
Where tracked shipping is selected, you'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. If you haven't received it within your processing window, check your spam folder first then contact us at contact@thenodeproject.com.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, get in touch at contact@thenodeproject.com with your order number. We'll investigate with the courier and get it resolved.
We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect address details provided at checkout — double check before you order.
Undelivered & Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to a failed delivery or incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery. Redelivery costs are at the buyer's expense.
